Dear Rovaan,
I'm truly surprised to hear from you and to receive your query. Why aren't you asking your guru about Bill's book? Some months ago he was vociferously public about being in contact with particular members of Bill's family. Since, at almost exactly the same time, these same members of Bill's family asked Larry Longo to release all copies of the book in his possession to a third party of their choosing, and Larry promptly did so, apparently your intrepid leader is manipulating you and others into thinking I--and/or Larry--was keeping the book from being distributed.
Far to the contrary. I've made it clear to all who have inquired--and there weren't many--that I very much want Bill's book distributed, even with the slander about me included. And Larry certainly has reason enough to want the book on the market.
I don't know why the book is not being sold; after all, its potential sales value was the reason some members of Bill's family suddenly found interest in acquiring the copies already printed. I would love to get a copy of "We Only kill Our Friends." The one copy I was able to get, I overlooked in packing and left in the family's beach house in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, one week before Katrina swept away almost everything my sister, my mother and I owned or valued. That one copy of Bill's book was a tiny--but significant--piece of it all.
As to "other matters" I can only say that what I learned while in Los Angeles this past August convinced me that Bill's passing was not murder. It was tragic all the more. It did not have to happen. It was an accident of exuberance. On that, I will present no more here, it would have to be graphic, and unnecessary, yet hurtful to those who loved him...
I miss him; many miss him. Bill Wasz in many ways was the most remarkable person I have known in a lifetime rich in meeting remarkable people. We went through a very long 'war' together; he was a beloved brother, come what may, fair or foul.
May he rest forever in his green valleys of Virginia tranquility.

As I said, I am quite surprised to hear from you; not displeased, though, just surprised. I think it is important to note that I thought our past relationship had always been amicable and somewhat productive going back to 1997/98. I still do not understand why you became so angry with me that you felt it necessary to leave absolutely scurrilous untruths about me on dozens of website comment threads. With Google Alert, every time you left another one, I quickly found out about it.
Supposedly public figures get used to public abuse. I can tell you that while we may appear to take it stoically, in truth it hurts deeply, and because of the nature of the Internet the vulgar untruths remain public forever.
Having said that, it is fairly well known that I do not hold grudges. Mario, I respected you and enjoyed your company years ago; I have no reason not to now.
However, we do have one fundamental problem, in matters of potential criminal activity and investigative journalism, I do not work publicly. I don't know any journalist or detective that does. There is time aplenty to present any fruits of an investigation when they are ripe and ready. All too often that means some things never make it into the public domain--it is irresponsible journalism to report the salacious details of an investigation that turns into a dry hole.
Now, if you want any information from me on matters O.J. that I have yet to make public--and I'm sure you understand that there is quite a bit; not all of which is guaranteed to hit pay dirt, of course, that's the nature of the investigatory beast--the exchange can only be private. But I know your aversion to e-mail, and China is a very long distance phone call, so I'm not sure how I can help you.
As far as Mr. Hahn's problems with his marriage into the Goldman family, I can only say I am not the least bit surprised--I sat within 16 inches of the Goldman family every day for almost a year and a half. Nothing Fred or Kim might do would surprise me, then or now. Although, as I wrote in A Problem of Evidence, it was much easier to be sympathetic to the Goldman family than the family Brown, one or another member of which sat shoulder to shoulder with me for the same period of time.
Anyway, I am truly happy to hear from you and even happier to know that we can be friends again. You have a legitimate case and reason for demanding justice. I still mean what I have always said, if I can help you get that justice with any knowledge I might have, I will do it. I will not, however, do it in a public forum. It is not often that an investigator is helped by letting the bad guys know what he is doing. There are times that a public gambit is effective, but they are few.
By the way, I have no idea who Aphrodite Jones is; I guess I've been gone too long.

You can’t have thought you would convince me Bill Wasz’s death was an accident and that you had thoroughly investigated his death or you wouldn’t have started your post by insulting me. So what was your purpose? -to appear to answer my post but in reality discredit me, along with the person that you called my “guru”. I guess by not naming him you hoped people would forget the questions that have been asked on Iago about Bill’s death.
The information you provided in your response was helpful though. Exuberance is not the state of a man afraid of going back to prison. Larry must have assured him that the arrest situation was taken care of or would be taken care of soon with more certainty than Bill felt on 3/12/05.
It appears that you were convinced his death was an accident because of the coroner’s report, which we already had. In a death from multiple drug intoxication there is oxygen deprivation, which causes the death. Most drug users are able to summon help but not if they are rendered unconscious naturally or unnaturally. I suspect if Bill was murdered, he will haunt you until the truth comes out.
Since you have had access to Bill’s family all along, it should not be hard for you to get a copy of the book and to encourage the family to make arrangements for the sale of the book, if you are interested in getting your friend’s book out to the public.
I suspect Jasper Garrison would be willing to assist with the sale of the book through his website.
On page 42 of Lawrence Schiller's Book, An American Tragedy, it Say's,
"Cathy" (with a "C" My mistake in Earlier Posts) "Randa sent Dale St. John's limousine service to pick Paula up at the airport. Kardashian was amazed to hear that Allan Park drove her in."
I have brought up this quote from Schillers book before, JUST TO SEE.

I have no duty, no need, nor even desire to "convince" you of anything. The insulting tone of my opus was in kind with your snide comment under a post wrought with personal meaning having nothing to do with an 11 year-old murder case that you and your ilk are still obsessed with. How dare you even post such impolite nonsense under a post memorializing my father, Frank A. Bosco?
I did not name you nor Mr. Garrison out of Internet etiquette--which neither of you deserve, but I try taking the high road when first given the chance. I no longer have that obligation. Me discredit you? Why? You do a fine job of that on your own. You and your leader are amateurs trying to play in the big leagues--without training, practice, or talent for it.
My conclusion that Bill was not murdered was based on a number of things, most importantly speaking at length with the people Bill was with the night he died. Why are you and the folks that hang out at Garrison's site so full of ridiculous paranoia about the tragic death of a man whom y'all trashed in life?
Mr. Garrison has completely misinformed all of you with his psycho-babble projections of Bill's purpose and state of mind based upon a couple of extremely dubious phone calls with someone he had never met, someone who had already told me how much he enjoyed "playing games with" said self-hyping fool.
Jasper Garrison, in every measurable way, wasn't a patch on Bill's ass in life and even less so after his passing. And you imply that his after-life incarnation will haunt me? If there is one, I have zero doubt whose side he is on in this morbid, sordid fixation you folks are trying desperately to palm off on reasonable minds.
Your circular logic is astounding. You suggest that I "encourage" members of Bill's family to make "We only Kill Our Friends" for sale. Yet you completely sidestep the question of your narcissistic manipulator being the one who ballyhooed his "scoop" and threats about what was in the book and his special, "confidential," relationship with the "family." Why doesn't he exercise his self-claimed skills as a communicator to that end? Although, for the life of me, I don't know where he or you come off telling the family of a lost one what they should do with their property. Surely, they know what is comfortable for them and what to do with an asset that is solely theirs, not mine nor yours.
Moreover, I will not discuss my relationship or contact with any members of Bill's family in any open forum--at least not ever again. Perhaps the worst mistake I made in years was answering your e-mail last March. Pros must stay away from amateurs and their Internet fantasy chat rooms. Twice in my career I forgot that journalistic rule, and twice I was very sorry for it (although it did give me the chance to meet your late husband, whom I admired greatly and if there is an after-life must surely be ashamed of what you are doing).
You also suggest that I get a copy of "We Only Kill Our Friends," when I clearly state that I did, that I read it and then lost it in a murderous hurricane. For my personal library copy I will await the hardcover edition, thank you very much.
You attempt to disparage my true feelings for my "friend" Bill? I think I have made it abundantly clear that my feelings for William Benson Wasz have withstood any and all challenges--even a small, but terribly painful act of betrayal, which I forgave instantly.
Rose, I have had way too much real life happen to me in the past six months to give a rat's behind whether or not I answered hallucinatory questions of a Mensa-idiot whose total claim to fame was suing Ford Motor Company for race discrimination, not investigative journalism. A saga which one would think a real publisher would have at least some interest in. But obviously not. This "writer" has self-published every one of what he calls books. If he was as good as he wants his disciples to believe he is, why hasn't even a small press published his over-long ruminations on material he gathered only from second- third- or fourth-hand sources? Why doesn't he get off his couch-potato butt and go to Los Angeles and ask people questions? That is what journalists do. And it works.
Also, if he was anywhere close to having the scruples of a professional writer he would credit me, my book, my interviews and documentary appearances as the foundation for his Fuhrman theories--I went eyeball-to-eyeball with that monster, Jasper, the silly, supercilious ghost saw him only on TV. Who do you think was the first journalist to go to the motel in the desert where the police union soiree was held that weekend and ask some very pointed questions?
Indeed, who was the first journalist, during the trial itself, to publicly ask why he so obviously lied on just an opening, "soft ball" question from Marcia when it was not necessary? I did years of shoe-leather investigation into Fuhrman's real relationship with O.J. and Nicole. Most of which I have not published because it is not yet journalistic fact, only very strong circumstantial indications, which for this journalist is irresponsible to report.
To hell with it. I no longer have the time nor graciousness to deal with you and your petty obsessions. For god's sake, Rose, none of you at Garrison's have a horse in this race. At least Mario does--a very personal one. Which is why I will always forgive his rash rants at me from time to time.
O, Jasper Garrison should read Shakespeare a little more closely--I have played both Iago and Othello in different productions. J. P. hasn't a clue into the characters he blasphemes every day he continues to publish his ripped-off website.
Guess what the original title of A Problem of Evidence was in the proposal to William Morrow & Company in June 1994? "For Dawes to Peck At."

The OJ Simpson Case
Dear Mario,
Besides perhaps a nod or hello in the courthouse, I do not remember speaking with Mr. Schwab. I certainly did not interview him.
Regarding Tom Lange (the Bundy neighborhood witness that neither side chose to put on the stand--not Tom Lange the LAPD detective), I believe his story is widely known. I certainly have spoken about it publicly for years on TV and radio (at the moment, I don't remember if it is in my book, as strange as that might seem to many).
Do you believe it isn't common knowledge? If so, it is a crying shame.

I believe that people who have followed The OJ Simpson Case Know about Tom Lange (The Witness that DIDN'T Testify), but I don't think he's known to the Majority of the General Public.

The OJ Simpson Case
Dear Mario,
There were at least two, which is well supported by crime scene evidence. But more likely there were four or five, not all of which necessarily were in the killing zone at the same time or at all. Tom Lange saw 4 or 5 men on the curb and sidewalk in front of the Bundy condo only minutes before the front end of the generally accepted time range within which the murders most likely happened.
Unfortunately, the crime scene was so trashed by curious LAPD looky-loos coming and going and then hosed down so soon that it is all but impossible for it to ever tell us much definitively.

Last year, I had asked you in November, 2004 about Bill Pavelic and Him appraoching you to to an OJ Simpson Case Book.
Now He KNEW you we're working with Bill Wasz for Years, and Pavelic, the way I understand it, helped SUPPRESSED Bill Wasz from the Defense in OJ Simpson's Criminal trial.
Do you feel Pavelic was TRYING to Weasel Himself into Your OJ Simpson Case Expertise to "MESS YOU UP" in some kind of Fashion???? That's what I Think.

The Queston has been asked of me: How did Rocky Bateman "Escape" being called as a Witness in either The OJ Simpson Case Crimianl Trial and/or Civil Trial??
Well, Rocky Fled to Oklahoma (With OJ Simpson's "Blessing" and MORE) when he Found out that Detective Ronald Y. Ito was looking for him. There was A LOT IN-Between and After that Incident. I will Talk about over the Weekend.
I was in Daniel Petrocelli's office in the early part of 1996. A few days after that meeting, Steven Foster tells me that The Petrocelli/Goldman Side Would NOT use either Dale St. John or Rocky Bateman as a Witness. Well, Something "HAPPENED" and of Course Dale St. John Testified in The OJ Simpson Case Civil Trial, WHY???? Over the Weekend I will tell Everone WHY, and I will reveal some Items about Dale St. John I have NEVER Talked about before.

According to an Article Written by Louise Roug, a Times Staff Writer about Limousine Drivers, and Posted by Scott W on Febuary 16th, 2003 on "Limos.com," in the article, it says Dale St. John "had to COACH his son's Little league game, and asked Allan Park to drive instead" (OJ Simpson to LAX the night of June 12th, 1994).
Yet, in Daniel Petrocelli's Book, "Triumph of Justice," Petrocelli claims that Dale St. Joh was "Picking" an All-star Little League Team.
This is an Item I have NEVER Revealed before concerning my personal Involvement in The OJ Simpson Case:
I Spoke with Detective Ronald Y. Ito MANY Times on the Telephone. During one of our Telephone Conversations, Ito told me, when he talked with Dale St. John, that St. John told Him that the reason he didn't drive OJ Simpson to LAX "THAT NIGHT," was because he (St. John) was going out to Dinner with Friends.

Allan Park Claims in One testimony that he recieved orders, so to speak, on Saturday Night, June 11th, 1994 from Dale St. John, to pick up OJ Simpson and take Simpson to LAX the Following evening, yet in another Allan Park Testimony, it's Sunday Morning St. John gave him the Order to pick up Simpson and take Simpson to LAX the same night, June 12th, 1994.

Allan Park, in his Testimonies in The OJ Simpson Case, claims that there were 2 cars Parked in The Rockingham Driveway when he arrived at Simpson's house the night of June 12th,1994 to take Simpson to LAX. That Driveway "TURN" for a Stretch Limo is "TIGHT" if there were Indeed 2 cars parked in that Driveway.

One of the items that was Illegally Covered-up by Some of The Prosecutions people that I gave Detective Ronald Y. Ito and some others, were People ("The Hood Gang People") Plotting to steal as much as OJ Simpson's money that they could.
I gave Bill Pavelic in Early 1996 Information regarding this Item. Whether he passed it on to OJ Simpson???>>> I don't Know. But later that year, 1996, Simpson, FOR Sure, Knew Some of what I had done regarding this item.
Also, during OJ Simpson's Criminal Trial, he had a Pretty Good Idea of what was going on with me and My Investigations into the Murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman.

Because I did the right "THING" in The OJ Simpson Case, the ILLEGAL and CRIMINAL Gil Garcetti and his Los Angeles Distict Attorney's Office, and other Certain People and Agencies, TRIED ANYWAY they could to DESTORY ME AND MY LIFE, and that goes into Several Directions. Gil Garcetti and His LADA Office made Several Legal VERBAL and WRITTEN Agreements with me, and some of the Legal Agreements, He (Gil Garcetti) and his Los Angeles District Attorney's Office ILLEGALLY BROKE, and some of the Legal Agreements are STILL PENDING I have it Documented on PAPER and MORE.
